Template, not built for a specific business

Order and schedule without picking up the phone

Recurring B2B service businesses (linen hire, supply delivery, waste pickup) often take every order the same way a one-off customer would: a phone call or an email, re-typed from scratch each time. This template uses one fictional account to show a self-serve alternative: place an order, save it as a repeatable template, schedule the pickup or delivery, and keep a running history.

Everything below is fictional. "Example Linen Co." is not a real business. When this gets built for a real one, the item list, client types, and site options are drawn from what that business actually offers, the way the Sunrise Laundry example below does.

How this gets built for real

The item list and client types are the real work. The generic hotel-linen list here is a placeholder; a real build starts from that business's actual product/service catalog and its own client segments.
Repeat orders, not full CRM. This template deliberately stays narrow: order intake, a recurring-template shortcut, scheduling, history and a usage summary. Payment, authentication and route optimization are separate scope.
See it built for a real business: Sunrise Laundry Services, a two-site commercial linen hire business, scoped from their own published client sectors and a gap the owners themselves described publicly.
See it built for a real business: The Tank Man, a recurring aquarium maintenance route business, scoped from the exact single-inbox booking gap described in outreach to that business.
