Template, not built for a specific business

Track who's due, before the client has to ask

Many code-mandated recurring services (fire-code cleanings, safety inspections, equipment servicing) are still run off a phone and a paper calendar, with nothing that flags a client's next due date before it's missed. This page uses fictional accounts to show what a due-date board and a structured intake request look like.

Everything below is fictional. When this gets built for a real business, "send reminder" would connect to however the business actually contacts clients (email, text). Nothing on this page sends a real message to anyone, it only logs a simulated timestamp in your browser.

Client due-date board
New service request

Fill this in the way a client or office staff would. The required cleaning interval and next due date are computed automatically, not typed in by hand.

How this gets built for real

Interval rule is configurable per business. The four bands shown here are a common pattern for code-mandated cleaning intervals; a real build uses whatever schedule the business (or the code it operates under) actually requires.
Reminders, not bookings. This tracks due dates and flags who to contact, it doesn't replace the actual visit or take a payment. Keeping the first version narrow is deliberate.
