Distributors who deliver returnable cylinders on rental usually take every order by phone, text or email. That works, but the customer cannot see which cylinders they still hold, how long each one has been sitting, or what rental it has quietly accrued, and neither side finds out until an invoice arrives. This portal shows the balance, does the arithmetic, and turns it into an order routed to the right branch.
Everything below is fictional. The branches, accounts, serial numbers, rates and invoices are placeholders, not a real business. When this is built for a real distributor, the branch list, catalog, rental terms and route days come from what that business actually publishes and confirms, the way the Conroe Welding Supply example does.

What this does not do yet
The branch list, catalog and rate table are the real work. Everything on this page is a placeholder. A real build starts from that distributor's own branches, published product list, cylinder rental terms and route calendar.
It reads a ledger, it does not replace one. The cylinder balances here live in the browser. In production this reads from whatever system already holds the delivery and cylinder records, so the portal and the office agree rather than drift apart.
Online payment needs a backend. The invoice tab records a payment-link request. Actually taking a card needs a payment processor and a server, which a static page cannot do and which is scoped separately.
See it built for a real business: Conroe Welding Supply, a three-branch industrial and specialty gas distributor in the Houston and East Texas area, scoped from their own published branches, gas list and services.
