Working example, built for Desert Rose RV Park

The call that goes unanswered while you're out on the grounds, texted back before the caller hangs up

A guest review on The Dyrt (October 2025) describes calling a day ahead and leaving a voicemail that was never returned, then calling the park's emergency number three times with no answer, even with voicemails left. Your site's own reservation flow is phone-only, "Call to Book!", with no online availability or booking anywhere. This is a working example of a missed-call text-back and intake system: the phone rings, nobody's near it, the caller gets an instant text instead of a dial tone, and the reservation details are waiting in a queue by the time someone's back at the office.

What's real: the phone-only "Call to Book!" flow, the amenities, and the phone number below are copied from desertroserv.com today. The missed-call pattern is drawn from one specific, documented guest review on The Dyrt, this is one detailed account, not a claim that it happens often, worth being straight about. What's simulated: no text message actually sends anywhere in this demo, and the "Illustrative" figures and sample leads are invented to show the shape of the data, not real guests or real reservations.

What I'd flag before this touches a real phone number

Nothing here actually sends a text. A real version connects to a texting line (the same park number works, or a forwarding number) so the auto-reply and reservation details move over SMS the moment a call is missed, not through a demo page.
This isn't a replacement for a callback. It's the same as picking up the phone, just automatic and instant: the caller gets acknowledged and the reservation details get written down, so nothing sits unanswered until someone's back at the desk.
Amenities and contact info are copied from desertroserv.com today. Full hookups, 65' spaces, pet area, dump station, and the (775) 575-9399 line, if that list changes, this needs a one-line update to match.
The reservation inbox here is a static illustration. A real version would live wherever the office already looks: a shared inbox, a group text, or a simple dashboard, not a separate tool to remember to check.
