Working example, built for Big Head Wines

A place to land the booking your $30 flight already has, and your $175 tasting doesn't

Your Standard Tasting books itself instantly through Tock. The Bigger Tasting, the Biggest Tasting, the Lipinski Family Wines Portfolio, and private events or weddings all route back to a phone call or an email that someone has to catch and answer by hand. This form gives those requests the same instant, structured landing spot Tock gives the $30 flight, so a booking never depends on someone being free to pick up.

What's real: the four experiences below, their prices, group sizes and descriptions are copied from your own site today. What this isn't: a live booking calendar showing real open slots, since that would need your actual reservation system connected, which this demo doesn't have access to. It's a structured request form. Same as phone or email today, someone still confirms the actual date.

What I'd flag before you roll this out anywhere else

This is a request form, not a booking calendar. It doesn't know which dates are actually open, because it isn't connected to your real reservation book or your Vintage Hotels arrangement for events. A visitor picks the experience, group size and a preferred date, and it reaches you the same way a phone call or email would, just captured the moment they decide instead of whenever the call gets answered.
Nothing here actually sends anything. A real version would email or text the tasting room the moment someone submits, with the experience, headcount and date preference already written down instead of relayed secondhand off a voicemail. This demo just shows what that submission would look like.
Missed-call text-back is a separate, paired idea, not built into this page.Illustrative The idea from the original note was this form plus an automatic text reply when a call to the tasting room goes unanswered during open hours, pointing the caller straight to this form instead of leaving a message that "does not confirm" a booking. That's a phone-system integration and isn't something a static page can demonstrate, shown below as a mockup only.
Experience names, prices, group sizes and descriptions are copied from your own site today. If any of them change, this needs a one-line update to match, it won't drift out of sync on its own.

Missed-call text-back Illustrative mockup, not a live phone integration

This is what a caller would receive if a call to the tasting room during open hours wasn't picked up. All names, times and message text below are sample data.
