Working example, built for 1C Barn

An inquiry that gets answered the second it's sent, not whenever someone gets to the inbox

Some of your reviews call 1C Barn fantastic and very responsive. One describes unanswered calls and emails. That split usually means the same thing: a family running weddings, a home, and a shared inbox is going to miss a message sometimes, not that anyone stopped caring. This shows what a visitor sees the moment they submit an inquiry, before a person ever opens the message: their date, your guest cap, your down payment and insurance policies, and a plain confirmation that a person will follow up.

What's real: the guest cap (50), the $500 non-refundable down payment, and the event-insurance and caterer-approval rules below are copied from 1cbarn.com and its policies page today. What's illustrative: the dollar figures shown as venue rental pricing tiers are placeholders, since 1C Barn does not publish package pricing on its site - a real build would use your actual rates.

How this gets built for real

This sends nothing yet. A real version emails or texts onecbarn@gmail.com the moment someone submits, the same way a phone call or email reaches you today, just guaranteed to go out instantly instead of sitting until someone checks the inbox.
The pricing shown is a placeholder. 1C Barn doesn't list package prices publicly, so this demo clearly labels the figures as illustrative. A real build swaps in your actual rate sheet.
Guest cap, deposit, and insurance rules are pulled from your own site and policies page today. If any of those change, this needs a one-line update to match, it won't drift out of sync on its own.
It still confirms a human follows up. This isn't meant to replace the conversation you have with a couple, it's meant to make sure nobody wonders whether their message went through while you're mid-season.
