Independent work sample, built for MooreShade4Less

Once it's installed, MooreShade4Less doesn't have to go quiet

MooreShade4Less's own BBB record shows a repeating pattern once a sale is done and something needs fixing: a complaint dated 11/07/2023 describes "twelve contact attempts" that "yielded no responses," a 11/25/2023 complaint describes a "promised adjustment" that "never occurred" and was marked Answered with no documented follow-up confirmation, and an 08/29/2024 complaint describes an installer who "failed to schedule promised repair." A BBB reviewer summarized it in one line: "Once they have it installed, they are gone!" This page shows one small, working tool that closes that gap: every promised motor, arm, or wind-sensor repair gets a target date the customer can see, and the claim cannot be marked resolved internally, only the customer's own confirmation, from their own status check, can close it.

Everything below is fictional. All customer names and claim details on this page are sample data, clearly labeled as such, and not MooreShade4Less's real records. The repair types shown (motor, arm tension, wind sensor, reinstall height) reflect the kinds of issues named in MooreShade4Less's own BBB complaint and review record, not any specific real customer's file. A real build reads from whatever MooreShade4Less's office already uses to log a service call and connects the target-date and confirmation prompts to real email or text.

How this gets built for real

The reference number can be whatever MooreShade4Less already gives a customer. A real build reads from an existing work-order or claim number, it doesn't invent a new one to remember.
The target date is set the moment a fix is promised on the call. A real build can text or email that same date to the customer automatically, closing the exact gap the BBB record describes.
The office view genuinely cannot close a claim on its own. Once a technician marks a repair complete, the claim sits blocked until the customer confirms it from their own status page, so "committed to resolution without follow-up confirmation," the phrase that appears twice in MooreShade4Less's own complaint record, cannot happen inside this tool.
"Confirmed" here is a typed name and a timestamp. A real build can add an actual e-signature provider for a stronger record; this demo shows the workflow, not a specific vendor.
