The confirmation and reschedule notice a wide territory can't reliably deliver by phone

All About Gutters already books jobs through Jobber across a service area that runs from Langley out to Whistler and Pemberton, over 20 towns in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Once a crew is covering that much ground, a schedule slip on one job is easy for the office to miss telling the next customer about, not because anyone drops the ball, but because nothing pings the customer automatically the moment a booking calendar changes. This page shows what an automatic confirmation and reschedule notice on top of Jobber would look like.

What's real: All About Gutters, Inc. is a Langley-based gutter and exterior-maintenance company with 25+ years in the trade, serving Greater Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and the Fraser Valley (site lists 20+ towns including Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, and Port Moody, with coverage extending to Whistler and Pemberton). The company books jobs through Jobber, with a "Book Now" flow live on its site, and holds an A+ BBB rating (not BBB-accredited). Ryan Moster is listed publicly as Owner & CEO. The specific claim in the original outreach note, that a few customer reviews mentioned reschedules or missed follow-up calls, reflects a pattern common to wide-territory service businesses; it could not be independently re-verified against a public review with a permanent link at the time this was built, so it is not repeated here as a sourced quote.

What's illustrative: the jobs, customers, and crew name below are a fictional sample, not real All About Gutters customers or open tickets. All dollar figures and job details are illustrative. Nothing here sends a real text or email, this shows exactly what a customer would receive at each step. A real build connects to Jobber's job-status and scheduling data (via its API or webhooks) and sends through an actual SMS/email service.

What the customer sees

New booking request: captures the town up front

Given the service area spans Langley to Whistler and Pemberton, the intake form asks for the town before anything else, so the office can route it to whichever crew already covers that zone.

What I'd flag before this goes further

Nothing here sends a real text or email. This demo shows exactly what a customer would receive at each step. A real version needs an actual SMS/email service (for example Twilio or SendGrid) wired to Jobber's job data, either through Jobber's API or a webhook triggered when a job's schedule changes.
The four stages shown (booked, confirmed, crew en route, complete) are a typical gutter-service flow, not copied from All About Gutters' internal Jobber setup. Worth a short conversation before this gets built for real; a routine cleaning, a full gutter install, and an exterior-repair job may move through this differently.
Reschedule notice is a separate action from advancing a job's stage, on purpose. That mirrors exactly what the original outreach note proposed: a confirmation the moment a job is booked, plus a distinct reschedule notice if the technician's day changes, without requiring a platform switch away from Jobber.
The booking-request form only captures a request and a town, it doesn't book a specific time slot. Keeping it to "what you need, where, and how to reach you" is deliberate; a live scheduling calendar synced to crew routes across 20+ towns is a bigger, separate project.
The BBB rating and service-area list are pulled from public listings today; they can shift. Worth confirming against Jobber and the live site before anything here gets built for real.
