Working example, built for Outside/Inside Aquarium & Pond (Afishionado)

Proof each visit happened, without you lifting a finger

Outside/Inside has been Naples' aquarium and pond service since 1980, running on trust, a phone number, and an email address, no booking site, no customer portal. That works when you're the one doing the job. It's shakier when a customer can't see you working and has to take it on faith that a tank was actually checked, especially while you're traveling. This shows the fix: mark a visit complete on your phone, and the customer gets a text confirming it happened, with a photo, automatically.

What's real: a direct fetch of your live site (afishionado76.com) today found a Word-generated, phone-and-email-only site with no online booking, no scheduling widget, and no customer portal or visit-confirmation system of any kind, just a phone number, (239) 465-9043, and AFISHIONADO@AOL.COM. The site states you've served Naples since 1980. Our first outreach to you referenced a review raising uncertainty about whether a tank was properly checked while you were traveling, that review is what this demo is built to answer, not something we re-verified line by line.

What's illustrative: the customers, addresses, and visit notes below are fictional, not your real route or clients. The "photo attached" thumbnails are placeholders showing where a real visit photo would sit, nothing here sends a real text or email. A real build connects to however you already track your route (even a paper list or a spreadsheet works to start from) and sends through an actual SMS/email service.

What the customer sees

What I'd flag before you roll this out

Nothing here sends a real text, email, or photo. This demo shows exactly what a customer would receive the moment you tap "Visit complete." A real version needs an actual SMS/email service (for example Twilio or SendGrid) and a way to attach the photo you already take on your phone.
The three stages shown (scheduled, technician on site, visit complete) are a typical service-route flow, not copied from how you actually run a day. Worth a five-minute conversation before this gets built for real, you may check in on a tank without a formal "on site" step, or batch photos differently for saltwater vs. freshwater vs. pond visits.
The visit note and photo are required before a visit can be marked complete, so the confirmation a customer receives always includes something specific, not a generic "done" text. That's a deliberate design choice worth confirming with you, some customers may prefer a shorter message.
This sits alongside your phone and email, it doesn't replace them. The gap it closes is narrow and specific: proof a visit happened when you're not the one a customer can ask directly, particularly while traveling.
Pricing below is illustrative only. A working build like this typically runs as a small flat project fee plus a low monthly cost for the SMS/email service itself, exact numbers depend on your visit volume.
