Never charge a customer twice for something already on record
Field-service businesses that return to the same properties over years (septic, well, backflow, pest, HVAC) often have no searchable record tying a property to what was already done there, so a locate, a diagnostic, or a repair gets billed again even when the answer is already known. This page shows two small, working pieces on top of that gap: a property lookup that surfaces the full service history before a technician quotes a new charge, and a complaint log where a filed issue stays visibly open, with a growing "days open" counter, until someone logs a response, so nothing goes silently unanswered.
Everything below is fictional. When this gets built for a real business, it reads from whatever already logs a job (a dispatch app, a paper ticket, a spreadsheet) and adds the searchable history, the computed reminder, and the complaint log on top, without replacing how a job itself gets scheduled or billed.

Complaint log
A filed complaint stays here, visibly open, until a response is logged against it, instead of sitting unanswered.
How this gets built for real
Reminder intervals are illustrative. A real build uses whatever cycle the business actually recommends per service type, not a fixed guess.
"Property" here is one field. A real build ties history to however the business already identifies a job (an address, an account number, a parcel ID), whichever already exists in its own records.
