Independent work sample, built for one real business
Premier Heating and Air: a queue that catches a missed maintenance visit before it becomes a fourth cancelled call
Premier's own site (checked directly) already runs a working "Schedule Now" form and an "Instant Quote" tool, with no ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, or Calendly signature detected anywhere in the page code, and no customer-facing account or visit-history view on any fetched page. What's missing sits above that initial booking: nothing tracks whether a promised visit, an install follow-up or one of a paid maintenance plan's contracted annual visits, actually happens once it is on the calendar. Premier's own BBB complaint and review file documents what that gap looks like in practice: paid installation and maintenance-plan visits repeatedly rescheduled or missed by the company, with no proactive tracking of what is still owed, before it turns into a formal complaint. This example shows a small internal queue built for Premier's CSR and dispatch staff: every promised visit gets a due date and a cancellation count, and a visit that is cancelled twice or sits overdue escalates itself into a manager queue automatically.

Independent work sample, not affiliated with or endorsed by Premier Heating and Air, USA. All customer names, commitments, and reference codes inside the tool below are fictional and clearly for illustration only. The business description, service area, tech-stack detection, and complaint pattern referenced here are drawn from the company's own published site, its BBB business profile, its BBB complaints and customer-reviews pages, and its Indeed careers page, all fetched directly on 2026-08-23.
Premier carries BBB accreditation since June 2010 and a current A+ rating, alongside 19 complaints in the last 3 years and a 1/5 average across its 5 posted customer reviews, a real tension the pitch should not overstate as a business in crisis. The clearest documented pattern across the independently reviewed cases is a paid installation or maintenance-plan visit repeatedly cancelled or missed by the company itself, described across multiple separate reviews and a separate BBB complaint, not a scheduling-access problem. Premier's own Indeed careers page lists simultaneous open roles including a Warranty HVAC Technician alongside CSR/Dispatch, Service Technician, and Lead Installer positions, a direct signal that the same warranty and follow-up function documented in the complaint pattern is actively being staffed for today. This tool is scoped narrowly to that follow-through gap; it does not touch or claim to fix Premier's separate, more sales-practice-flavored complaints about replacement recommendations.
Log a new commitment
Open queue, escalated and overdue first
Manager escalation queue
A commitment lands here automatically once Premier has cancelled or rescheduled it twice, or once it has sat more than 24 hours past its scheduled time with no reschedule logged, whichever comes first. That is well before the four-cancellation pattern documented in Premier's own BBB complaint file, and nobody has to notice it and flag it by hand.

How this gets built for real
The core deliverable is the office and manager queues, not a customer portal. The researched offer here is an internal follow-through tool for CSR/dispatch staff and management. The customer lookup tab above is a small optional extra, not a replacement for Premier's existing "Schedule Now" form.
This does not touch quoting or sales conduct. Premier's own complaint file also shows a separate pattern about high-dollar replacement recommendations; that is a trust and sales-practice question, not a scheduling gap, and this tool deliberately does not claim to fix it.
The reference code is whatever the office already uses. A real build reads from an existing work-order or maintenance-plan account number instead of asking a customer to remember a new code.
The customer view shows only customer-safe wording. Internal notes and manager escalation reasons typed in the office and manager views never appear on the lookup page.
