Template, not built for a specific business

An explicit yes before a season renews, and a check before a charge posts

Any business that re-enrolls customers season to season, a lawn or pest-control program, a maintenance plan, a subscription service box, tends to accumulate the same dispute: a customer says they never agreed to keep going, or a charge shows up that does not match what was actually contracted, and the only defense on file is a fine-print clause. This page shows one small, working tool that closes that gap: a plain-language renewal notice the customer has to actively confirm or decline, and a billing-integrity check that flags any charge that does not match what was actually confirmed, before it posts.

Everything below is fictional. When this gets built for a real business, it reads from whatever already tracks customer accounts and last season's billed services, a spreadsheet, a CRM, a field-service tool, and adds the renewal-consent step and the billing check on top, without replacing whatever handles day-to-day scheduling.

Season-renewal queue

Every account due for renewal, with exactly what it was billed last season next to exactly what it would renew for. A new or changed line item is marked so it never reaches a customer as a surprise.

Billing-integrity check

Today's batch of charges about to post, checked against what each customer actually confirmed. A charge on an account that never re-confirmed is blocked outright, and a charge that drifts from the confirmed amount is flagged before it reaches a customer's statement.

Confirm or decline your season renewal

Try SR-1002, SR-1003, SR-1004 or SR-1005 from the office view's sample queue. SR-1001 has no notice yet, so it will not be found here until the office sends one.

How this gets built for real

The renewal notice is sent from the office view here. A real build would email or text the plain-language notice automatically, a set number of days before the account would otherwise renew, using whatever account list the business already keeps.
The billing-integrity check compares two lists the business already has. What was confirmed for the season, and what the billing run is about to charge. It sits on top of the existing renewal and invoicing step, it doesn't replace whatever scheduling or CRM tool is already in place.
"Confirmed" here is a typed name and a timestamp. A real build can log it the same way a signed estimate would be logged, this demo shows the workflow, not a specific e-signature vendor.
