Working example, built for Apostille & Legalisation Services

A page where a document order can be checked, instead of chased

Your Trustpilot page has recent reviews describing exactly the problem this solves: customers unable to get an update on where their document was mid-process, chasing status by phone and email during time-sensitive orders, including visa-deadline cases. This is what a self-serve status page plus automatic stage emails would look like, sitting on top of the order reference you'd already give each customer.

What's real: the reviews describing "no update," repeated chasing calls/emails, and a translation order left unconfirmed past its stated turnaround are genuine, publicly visible Trustpilot reviews for apostille-services.co.uk, checked directly today.

What's illustrative: the three sample orders, reference numbers, document types, dates and the FCO/embassy stage names below are invented for this demo. A real build connects to whatever system your team already uses to log orders (spreadsheet, inbox, or order form), not this sample data.

What I'd flag before you roll this out anywhere else

Only the three sample references above return anything. This demo isn't connected to your real order records, it can't look up an actual customer's document. A real version would need a link to wherever your team currently logs orders (Illustrative stage names below, not copied from your internal process).
The reviews are real, the fix is a reasonable response, not a guarantee. Your public reviews show a repeating pattern of customers unable to get a status update without chasing. A self-service lookup plus automatic stage emails addresses that specific pattern. It doesn't speed up the FCO or an embassy, it means a customer isn't left wondering whether anyone is working on their document.
The five stages shown (received, ID/documents checked, sent for legalisation, apostilled/stamped, dispatched) are a typical apostille order flow, not your internal process. Worth a short conversation before this gets built for real, especially since document type (apostille vs. embassy legalisation vs. translation) changes the steps.
"Check status" is the only action here. It doesn't let a customer amend an order, upload a document, or message your team. Keeping the first version narrow is deliberate, those can be added once the lookup itself is proven useful.
The email preview below (click "Preview email" on any stage) shows a sample of the automatic email a customer would get at that stage. No email is actually sent by this demo, it's a static preview of the copy and trigger point only.
