Working example, built for Callanan Veterinary Group

One request queue across all five locations, with boarding pricing locked in before anyone commits

Your five locations, three generations, since 1928, run on phone calls and two personal Gmail inboxes today. That works for people who already know which location to call. This shows what changes for the person comparing you to a clinic that already lets them book online, and for the boarding question your own BBB record shows came up before: what does this cost, and what are the drop-off and pick-up rules.

What's real: the five location names and cities below are copied from your own site today. The service categories (wellness, diagnostics, surgery, radiology, pharmacy, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare) are the categories your own site lists. What's fictional: the boarding rate shown is a clearly-labeled sample placeholder, not a real Callanan rate, since no rate is published anywhere for this demo to copy. That gap is exactly the point: a closed BBB complaint against your Neponset location states, in the customer's own words, "they have control of all pricing and change the rules all the time. There is no signage stating the pricing, pick up/drop off rules." This demo shows what a locked, shown-at-request-time rate and policy would look like instead.

1. Client-facing request, all five locations

Replaces calling or emailing cvgpartner1@gmail.com with one form that reaches whichever location the client picks, and shows the boarding rate and policy before they submit, not after.

2. Front-desk view, across all five locations

Every request lands here the moment it's submitted, so front-desk staff at any one location can see how full the group's queue already is, addressing the understaffing-driven scheduling friction described in Somerville staff reviews, without needing to call around to the other four locations to check.

What I'd flag before you roll this out

This is a request form, not a live booking calendar. It doesn't know which exact times are actually free at any of the five locations, because it isn't connected to a real schedule at any of them. A client picks a preference and it gets sent, same as a phone call, just captured through one shared channel instead of five separate inboxes.
The boarding rate is a placeholder, on purpose. No rate is published anywhere I could find for Callanan, which is the actual gap the BBB complaint describes. Before this goes live, it needs your real locked per-night rate and your real pick-up/drop-off window, whatever those actually are today.
This does not touch care quality or staffing decisions. It only replaces how a request and its pricing/policy get captured and seen across locations. It cannot fix a clinical or staffing issue, and isn't meant to.
Location names and cities are copied from your own site today. If a location changes, this needs a one-line update to match, it won't drift out of sync on its own.
