A price and an arrival window before the technician is already at the door
Two BBB complaints on file describe the price or the technician's willingness to do the job only becoming clear once someone had already arrived and started, once a job-type estimate and an "on my way" window are visible upfront, in writing, before dispatch, there's a lot less room for that kind of surprise on either side. This is a working example of that: pick a job type, see a starting estimate, then see what an automatic arrival-window text looks like.
What's real: the four service categories, the phone number, and the "free estimates" / "transparent pricing" language are from greenwichlocksmiths.com today. What's simulated and marked "Illustrative": every dollar figure below, since the site doesn't publish a rate table, plus the arrival-window text thread, which doesn't send anywhere in this demo.

2. What an arrival-window text looks like
A simulation, not a live SMS integration, there's no phone number behind it. It shows the mechanism: once a technician is dispatched, the customer gets a specific window and a heads-up if it slips, instead of finding out only when someone shows up.

What I'd flag before this goes live
The dollar figures are placeholders. Greenwich Locksmiths' own site advertises "affordable rates" and "free estimates" but doesn't publish a rate table, so every price here is marked "Illustrative" and needs your real numbers by job type before this replaces a phone quote.
This doesn't decide what a job actually needs. A lockout can turn into a lock change once someone's on-site, or a rekey can turn out simpler than expected. The point isn't to lock in a final price sight unseen, it's to give a starting number and a range so nobody's first time hearing a figure is after the work's already started.
The arrival-window text is a scripted simulation, not a working phone number. Standing this up for real means a provider like Twilio wired to whatever dispatch tool your technicians already use, so the window updates automatically instead of needing someone to send it by hand.
This calculates and demonstrates, it doesn't book anything. No calendar, no payment, no confirmation email. The honest next step after "here's your estimate" is still your existing quote and dispatch process, this just puts a number and a window in front of the customer earlier.
