One order form, routed to the right hub automatically
Multi-region service businesses (waste hauling, delivery, field service) often run every region through the same single phone line or lead form, then sort out which crew or hub handles it after the fact. This template shows a self-serve alternative: a customer picks their service area, the request is routed to the correct hub automatically, and repeat/contractor customers can see their own order history without calling back.
Everything below is fictional. "Example Regional Services Co." is not a real business. When this gets built for a real one, the service areas, hub structure, and sizing/pricing options are drawn from what that business actually publishes, the way the Empire Waste Systems example below does.
Dispatch view, across hubs
Every request lands here the moment it is submitted, split by which hub it was routed to, so staff at either hub can see the queue without calling around.
How this gets built for real
The hub-to-area mapping is the real work. The generic two-hub split here is a placeholder; a real build starts from that business's actual regions and however its calls are actually routed today.
Routing, not full dispatch software. This template deliberately stays narrow: request intake, hub routing, and a shared queue view. Real-time driver assignment, route optimization and payment are separate scope.
See it built for a real business: Empire Waste Systems, a two-hub roll-off dumpster rental operation in northern Nevada, scoped from their own published service areas and order process.
