Advanced Seamless Gutters: the written estimate they already promise, delivered the same day
Advanced Seamless Gutters' own site tells every prospect to expect “a written estimate along with a detailed drawing of what is proposed” after a site visit. This example shows that promise generated automatically the moment a visit is logged, plus a follow-up log so a customer calling back about their estimate gets a tracked callback instead of silence.

“A written estimate along with a detailed drawing of what is proposed”
Advanced Seamless Gutters' own About page, describing what every estimate visit is meant to include.
An independent Google/Birdeye reviewer reported the opposite experience: an estimate visit that produced no estimate and no follow-up. A separate BBB complaint (Oct 2023) describes a customer making roughly ten calls over several months after an estimate visit with no callback received. Both are a small minority against an otherwise strong record (BBB A+, 4.5 to 4.6 rating across 400+ reviews) but they point at the same root gap: nothing forces the estimate to actually go out, and nothing keeps a repeat caller visible until someone answers them. The tool below targets exactly that gap.

How this gets built for real
The drawing is a schematic, not a CAD elevation. It's a to-scale-ish plan diagram built from the same footage numbers already on the estimate, enough to hand to a customer as the “detailed drawing” already promised, not a replacement for a full design drawing on a complex roofline.
“Sent” here means generated and ready to email. A real build wires this into the business's actual outbound email at (239) 482-1186's Lee County office and the (239) 513-1175 Collier County line's intake flow, this demo only shows the document and the status change.
Follow-up tracking targets the ten-calls-no-callback pattern directly. Any estimate untouched for 5 days surfaces as needing follow-up on the status board, so a repeat caller doesn't go three months without a return call.
