Total Shredding's own site promises: "Both of our shredding services come with a certificate of destruction when you receive your invoice." Right now that's a manual step tied to invoicing, with no automated trigger, no online portal, and no box/item-count sign-off, and it's the gap behind two real, independent patterns in the public review record: a certificate that never arrived, and a billing dispute over a box count nobody confirmed on-site. This working example shows the fix: a certificate generated and logged the instant a job is completed, a count check that catches a mismatch before it becomes a dispute, and a follow-up flag that stays visible until someone closes it.

Everything interactive below uses fictional sample jobs and client names. The company facts in the strip above (years in business, NAID membership, service areas, BBB rating, the certificate promise) are sourced directly from Total Shredding's own website and BBB listing. No real Total Shredding customer data, job records, or proprietary information is used anywhere on this page.

This is the piece that was missing when dreamy h.'s box-count dispute went unresolved after a promised callback: a flagged job stays here, visibly open, until someone marks it resolved.

Paper shredding (on-site & off-site)Live, accurate
Hard drive / SSD / flash drive shreddingStill listed on the quote form, reportedly discontinued
The live /shredding-services/ quote form still lists hard-drive shredding as an option, but a caller was told the service was discontinued over a year ago. It's intentionally left out of the service dropdown above, and a production build would include a lightweight quarterly check like this one so a discontinued service can't sit on the live form indefinitely.
How this gets built for real
Plugs into the existing quote/invoice flow. Drivers already note box counts and invoicing already happens per job, this adds the count check and the automatic certificate on top, it doesn't replace the WPForms quote request or the invoicing process.
Certificate delivery becomes automatic. Instead of a certificate arriving "with your invoice" as a manual step, it's generated and emailed the moment a job is marked complete, closing the exact gap a Yelp reviewer hit when no certificate ever arrived.
